Who am I?

I have 12 full years "in the business" under my belt. To say that helping people reach their goals through eLearning is a passion of mine is an understatement; it is a love that has continuously helped me overcome obstacles, embrace challenges, and keep my career moving forward. I created this website to showcase my creativity a little more and for you to get a peek at who I am.

I am incredibly at ease working in the digital space and designing creative and engaging learning solutions. I love researching emerging technologies and tools, creating mock-ups, and developing learning solutions.

As a co-worker, I genuinely care about my team and my customers (or clients). I find success when we all win.  I strive to be the person that helps brighten your day. I help when I can, and if I cannot, I will do what I can to get you the resources you need to help you complete your project or tasks.

How I Operate

The Wall of Ideas

LMS, KCS, L&D, OMG!

I am familiar with an array of Learning Management Systems(LMS). 
Blackboard, Moodle, and Saba are the main systems I have worked on, both as students and administrator. When learning new LMS's, I like to dive in and become a subject matter expert on how stuff works by breaking things and fixing them again! 

Knowledge-Centered Support breaks the limitations of traditional knowledge management by using existing agent knowledge to assist customers and resolve cases faster! This methodology is near and dear to my heart as I have seen firsthand the power KCS can provide to an organization or call center.

Learning and development shaped who I am. I love to teach, train and coach people from all walks of life. I am in the learning and development business to elevate people to their highest potential. Their "Ah-ha" moments spark joy in me. 

All about ADDIE

When designing or developing content I am all about the ADDIE Model (Method). 
Its a lot like me; dynamic, effective, straightforward and easy to work with.
